Client Questions

How do I get my pentest report? ↓
Reports are delivered via secure email to the address on file within 5 business days of the final testing day. Email alli@alliopsec.xyz with your engagement name if you haven't received yours or need a re-send. Large files are shared via encrypted transfer link.
What's included in the debrief call? ↓
The debrief is a live walkthrough of every finding — severity, reproduction steps, and exactly what an attacker could do with it. Your engineering team can ask questions in real time. We prioritize the fix list by business impact. Typically 60–90 minutes depending on finding count.
How do I request a re-test after patching? ↓
Email alli@alliopsec.xyz with subject "Re-test Request" once you've remediated the findings. Re-tests are scoped to the original findings only — no new scope — and typically run 1–2 days. Included at no charge within 60 days of report delivery.
Do you take crypto for payment? ↓
Yes — preferred. Kraken Pay (handle: alliops), ETH/Base (Allitrade.base.eth), or SOL. All handles above. For larger engagements, an invoice with USD amount can be provided and you send the crypto equivalent at time of payment. Zelle is available for domestic USD.
Is there an NDA before the engagement? ↓
Always. Every engagement is covered by a mutual NDA and a signed Statement of Work before any testing begins. Your environment details, findings, and report are never shared. If you need a custom NDA template from your legal team, just send it over.
