Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By using alliopsec.xyz or purchasing ALLIOPSEC services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

3. Services
Cybersecurity consulting, authorized testing, OPSEC coaching, digital-footprint / OSINT awareness tools, training, and related products. Website scanners are for consenting self-checks on targets you own or are authorized to assess.
4. Authorization & acceptable use
- You represent you own or have written authorization for any target you submit.
- No unauthorized access, scanning of third parties without permission, or illegal activity.
- We may refuse or terminate work that appears unauthorized or abusive.
5. Accounts & communications
Provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for credentials you create for client portals (if any).
6. Payments & refunds
Fees are as shown at checkout (Stripe). Digital goods and completed scan deliverables are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as we agree in writing. Retainers and custom work follow the signed statement of work.
7. Intellectual property
Site content and our methodologies remain ours. Paid reports are licensed to you for internal use unless otherwise agreed.
8. Confidentiality
We treat client materials as confidential; you treat our non-public methods and pricing proposals as confidential.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Security work cannot guarantee that systems are free of vulnerabilities.
10. Liability, indemnity, governing law
To be finalized by counsel (including any liability cap, indemnity for unauthorized targets/misuse, and Florida governing law / venue).
