Scans and courses are immediate. Consultations and pen tests begin within 48 hours of payment and — for testing work — a signed authorization-to-test agreement.
Digital courses are non-refundable once accessed. For services, if I haven't started work, you get a full refund. Once a scan or engagement is underway, it's non-refundable.
Yes. Enterprise and multi-target engagements are quoted per scope. Email me what you're protecting and I'll come back with a fixed price — not a range that balloons later.
Only with written authorization. I require a signed authorization-to-test letter for every engagement. Testing systems you don't own or aren't authorized to test is a crime — I don't do it.
